Since we weren't doing Disney this time around, on our trip to Florida, we wanted to do something SPECIAL, besides just getting away from home and relaxing...
Since this was the kids first time at the Ocean, err, Gulf...
Shelling was the perfect activity!
Just down the road from our hotel, at a location called Pass-a-Grille, the kids found shell heaven!
It was crazy what had washed up on the beach!
We found a nice variety, though we didn't find any whole sand dollars, as I had hoped.
The kids were excited to take these to school and share...
But now what?
What does one do with a shoebox full of shells?
