If you have a little freckle on your lip -
you might just chalk it up to being a sun worshipper for the previous several decades...
But just in case, you might decide to go see a Dermatologist, you know, just in case...
And he might tell you that he isn't a psychologist,
and that he needs to do a biopsy right then and there...
ACK!
and then you have to hope that no news is good news...
until actual news arrives...
And then you can celebrate...
And remember to wear sunscreen!
