I'm pretty sure my husband is the greatest thing since sliced bread...or some other fantastic comparison of your choosing...More appropriate would be for me to say something like - "My husband is greater than a tropical vacation on a January day" -
I've been having a lot of "issues" with my 'puter over the last several months...I try and complain - which mostly falls on deaf ears (apparently I complain too much) and every once in awhile he'll respond with - "Well, you work the shit out of it, no wonder it's slow!"
I don't know WHAT he means? My addiction to all things photography? All things blog? Who knows...

Apparently my constant yapping in his ear while I'm on the computer and he's trying to get in the ever-dwindling play station game time finally broke him down...
He took the drivers seat to see what the problem might be...Though he was able to see a little for himself while trying to do our taxes...

Turns out I was a little bit right in complaining that since the computer was 7 years old that's like a billion years old in computer land and something just HAD to be wrong!! I didn't necessarily need a new computer...but I needed something to happen - true, I spend a lot of time in front of that damn thing - but half the time is waiting for it to do it's thing - or for it to do my thing - whatever the case may be...

Without going into details about RAM and gigabytes and megabytes and terabytes...(though I did tell the hubs and his buddy on the phone trouble shooting that they sounded like a couple of TOTAL dorks!) I am sooo excited to say that I now have a computer, (NOT a new one, but my trusty old one just jazzed up to par!) that once again works at lightning quick speeds...at least it seems like it anyway! Not only did I get some extra GB in my computer - he also brought me home an external hard drive for the 10,000 pictures I have somehow managed to take and upload to the computer over the past couple of years...HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY TO ME!!

You thought I was a menace before...look out world!! Here I come!!
Thank you honey - I love you more than you could possibly know!!
