Let's see now...where were we...

Ah yes...summer...And the Summer Bucket List...

How we doing on that thing anyway - it's been one helluva crazy summer...

Well, one Sunday afternoon we ventured down the road to knock another thing off of our own personal list...

We LOOOVE this watering hole....

The kids are getting more and more brave in the water - which is a great thing - but still don't swim on their own yet (well, they would, but we don't let them!) ... So I spent most of the time in the water with them and their daddy....and not playing photographer...

But trust me when I say...we had a GREAT day!

If you get a chance - I highly recommend an outing here...

You are allowed to bring in your own food & beverage...how AWESOME to bring in a cooler and have ice cold drinks and sammiches for break time! Or, if that's not your thing - you can certainly buy things there...

They have some pretty kickin' slides for the older crowd (older, ya know...like 8 and up!)

...I'm looking forward to the day we can all go down those with reckless abandon...

But for now, I'll take the lazy river and splashing in the fountains with my family...cuz these kids...these kids are already living life with their own reckless abandon...and I can learn a lot from them...if I just slow down long enough to do so!
