We normally try to get to the park down the street from us a couple of times a week to use their fun swingsets since we don't have any in our own yard -
and even though those swingsets are currently buried under mountains of snow...
We're still finding reasons to head over to the park when we have a little bit of time...
I initially thought it would be our son that took to skating, while I worked with her on the sidelines...
Once again, our princess surprises us...and takes off running on her skates...
And Buddy?
Well, his skates don't make his feet dance like the NHL'ers do...and it frustrates him to no end...
And he takes his skates off, puts his boots on...and reclaims his title as King of the Hill.
When the temps get above zero around here -
we'll head back out and have some more fun...
practice. practice. practice...
After all, you miss 100% of the shots you don't take ~
