What's one to do on a rainy (rain rain go AWAY!) day here in the Minnesota Metro?
Well, visit Mall of America I suppose!
With so much to see and do regardless of what the weather is doing outside...
We decided to head over for the day.
We'd been to the MOA more times than we can count, but there's much we haven't done there.
Like...
It was super busy, as everyone else had the same idea, but it went super fast, and was super fun.
Here's Seven, in front of the Seven!
Why does he look soo grown up to me?
BOO! Slow down kid! Slow way down!
And Eight, in front of the Eight Hole.
With an Axe to Grind, this one gave her brother some competition.
While Mom & Dad cheered them on, but mostly just took in the sights.
Afterwards, we treated the kids to World Famous Cinnabon.
Cripes.
That smell.
Does a person in.
Every. Single. Time.
Not one for sweets, even this one got in on the act.
It's amazing how something so simple - a Staycation at the local Mall,
can create fun, lasting memories.
I love these days spent with my little family.
I know it won't be long and they won't want to be seen with us at the Mall, or any other place for that matter!
So we'll enjoy these moments before we blink and 7 & 8 quickly turn 17 & 18!
