Some months ago, my friend Samara from Simplicity in the Suburbs met with a gal doing an article on local 'mom bloggers' ~ She gave the names of some of her other local Mommy Blogger friends, and graciously included me.It seems like eons ago, but the article finally went to press for the August 2011 Minnesota Parent magazine.
I started hearing rumblings of it last week via Twitter that it had hit newstands, but have been unable to find a copy to see for myself.
Imagine my surprise when I finally saw this magazine today and found my family on the index page!

It's surreal to see myself in print...
Does anyone other than my Mother-in-Law really care what I have to say in my online space?
It's such an amazing world I am in, here in blog land...It will be four years now in just a few short weeks. Amazing opportunities, amazing friendships...all by way of this here blog.
I am both humbled and honored to be included in this article with some of the finest Mom Bloggers I know -
(I don't have an aversion to the world Mommy Bloggers - though I do prefer 'Lifestyle Blogger' since it's not ALWAYS about being a Mom...)

Sadly, Samara was dropped from the article as there was too much content and not enough space. It's surprising actually, that they were able to fit four of us in one article...If you've met any one of us IRL, you know that we have no shortage of things to say! HA HA!
