St. Patrick's Day!
People of all background celebrate St. Patty's Day - Especially here across the U.S.
Parades, Concerts, Green Beer!
St. Patty's Day used to be a big deal to me too, taking in an outdoor concert or two, even here in the frozen tundra, in March! Many a good time, many a green beer was had!
Now however, we celebrate St. Patrick's Day just a little bit differently.
With Leprachan traps...
And GREEN Pancakes!
I love getting the kids involved in the cooking process -
Besides, if I play my cards right - one day they'll be doing this for us while we are sleeping in right?
Not going to lie - I could use a little luck by way of a four leaf clover or two...
Without any sort of cookie cutters or guides for the clover pancakes - we had to wing it...
Further proof you can't judge a book by it's cover - they were delish!
Now, if you like protein and you aren't the picky one in the house -
Adding green eggs and Hormel® Cure 81® Ham, Hormel® Black Label® bacon or Hormel® Little Sizzlers to this breakfast would be a great idea too!
