Spring Portraits - Lifetouch Style

Our school does class photos in the fall, and again in the spring...

And while I loved how the fall photos turned out, 

and especially loved how they put it all together in the yearbook...

I wasn't a big fan of the spring ones...

Maybe if we'd of planned clothes and brushed our hair that day???

But...the picture hoarder that I am...

I couldn't let them go, exactly...

So, I snapped pictures, of the pictures...before we opted not to purchase them,

just to have something to remember what we didn't choose.

I did like what they did...

agian, just perhaps if we planned ahead a little bit...

School YearBook Photos 2013-2014

We have had an AMAZING year at an AMAZING new (to us) school.

Things have gone so very very well for all of us this year, and we are thrilled we made the change.

The school year books came home, and it was just one more thing that impressed me.

Instead of the traditional little tiny black and white photo squares, 

our kids' school put together pages, in color...

like so...

Maybe this is something lots of schools do.

Maybe this is something that isn't a big deal to many, or any folks at all...

but to someone like me, someone who is obsessed with photos and documenting memories...

this is pretty spectacular in my book!
