Every year since we first stumbled upon Minnesota's Largest Candy Store
we've made it a fall, family tradition -
The place has grown by leaps and bounds since our first visit -
but it still has that small town feel that I love.
I mean, seriously?
Just tell the cashier how many you have loaded in your car???

The place just keeps getting bigger and bigger - and is packed full of candy, treats, good food,
and PEOPLE!
ohhh the people............
My kids think that bottled soda is such a treat -
though we usually get a cream soda and something else...
passing on some of the other more wild flavors available...
The pies, fresh from the oven, made with experienced hands and lots of love -
still taste amazing!
And the homemade signs are a huge fav of mine...
Especially this one...
PLEASE DON'T SQUEESE THE STRUDEL!
That's our boy to the right of the sign...you can supposedly get up there and take a photo -
it just doesn't quite work between the sun and the crowds and well...
you get the idea.

Definitely worth a trip if you find yourself cruising down Highway 169!
